In my opinion, I think it would be worth waiting and finding a reputable breeder than settling for pet store. Though I feel bad for them too and it's not their fault, I also would not want a sick puppy. just my thoughts, everyone is different but I would rather pay the same price and wait to find a breeder who will work with me if anything happens to my pup. This is exactly how/why pet stores, BYB and puppy mills thrive.
