The breeder does not need the papers to register the litter..all she needs is the AKC number..that can be obtained by phone..done it many times myself for stud clients who have lost their females AKC papers...
I would sell the pups without papers, they are unimportant..infact many people who buy AKC from me next want papers.. and next time look for an ACA stud if you can find one. |
