Email ONE YEAR RABIES vs. THREE YEAR RABIES VACCINE

"But...is the 3 year shot the one that really hurts?"

I would imagine not. The size sharp (needle) vets use for both is the same gauge and the amount of the vaccine is the same. In essence, the three year injection is identical in properties to the one year. The idea is that the dog has to have received the one year rabies vaccine the first time around, have is body develop a level of immunity and then you can obtain the three year shot each subsequent year as needed.
FYI.
