Hmmmmm, I don't think I would let her walk on the grounds until she has all her shots. Parvo is something you don't want Ginger to get. People can track it in by there shoes. When Princess was a baby, I had people step in bleach before they came in. Just last week we were at the vet's for Poncho's shots, and they had two furbabies with parvo there. To be on the safe side, I'd hold off on walks,
even walking around your complex.
Not sure about her ears, maybe ask your vet.
