I agree with Joanne wash anything that would have the scent of the pups on it..then let her search the room to see they are not there.
When a female I have loss her pup she did the same thing (it broke my heart to see her search and whine for her pup) but after a few days she was fine.
Just try to keep her busy...Hugs to you both.
