When I had a bad breakup, I would always be the one to call and try to get back together even if I was the one who did the breaking up. I told my best friend I was going to call her whenever I had the urge to call him. She was on call 24/7 for a few months and I called her whenever I was picking up the phone to dial him. I think it really helped because she put things in perspective for me. Maybe you can do the same w/ one of your friends.
