Hmm...I guess you're right?
I'm not sure...I thought this was about the system and if it would or wouldn't work in general, not just about this one point. I think we are on the same page though. I was just agreeing to the point that if using it (or not using it for that matters) opens the opportunity for someone to leave their pet in harm's way, it wasn't in the dog's best interest. I think maybe after re-reading my own post, I didn't word it like I meant it. Lol...actually at this point, I really don't know
what I was trying to say.
Just agreeing that owners should take responsibility to protect their dogs from this.
