My Annual Physical Exam

Samson is 4 year. He is due for annual physical on Wed this week. I am concerned he may need a throat xray due to his low grade cough and some wheezing. Has anyone had this problem and how do you tell a thorax problem from broncitis? Could it be alergy? Concerned daddy (me). Many thanks.
