He must know i'm talking about him, he's been really good the past day or so.
This made me laugh because Snickers grumbles all the time if we disburb him in 'our' bed. It's really big of him to allow us to share his bed. And of course WE wake up stiff because Snickers has to sleep cross-wise and heaven forbid if he's inconvenienced!

Yorkieskater, I would bring the baby in bed since he's so agitated and sick. (Just be sure he doesn't jump off.) In time you may want to gradually get him used to the crate, but I'd take this time to bond with him first. As someone else said, it definitely gets better, so hang in there!
