Sorry to make this my first post but this is really getting to me. I'll post an introduction later tonight.
I have an 8 year old toy Yorkie, Tobias, since he was a pup and a 10 year old American Eskimo wich I rescued from the shelter 9 years ago. So the Eskimo came first by a year.
My Yorkie is walked several times a day and goes out in the yard. However, he still has enough to pee everywhere, on table/chair legs, my 3 year old son's LARGE toys, CURTIANS, trash can, furniture etc... I've gotten to the point where I threw out my area rugs and I'm down to hard wood floors. I've been doing good with the clean up but there are times that I'll just happen to notice a new spot. It would be great to wake up and not have to survey the house.
I limit the water intake so I don't think this is an issue and he doesn't poo in the house so I don't think this is an "I gotta go" potty issue. My other dog will not go in the house at all, an angel

.
Can this be a territorial issue.

Tobias is not fixed. Do you thing he's too old(8) to be fixed and would this help at all. He's also a nervous wreck around new people. He'll bark when the bell rings and hide when they come in. He's had a few anxiety attacks in the past when people were over. The vet put him on meds when needed but the meds didn't help much.
An help would be appreciated.
