Maybe she just had a couple of accidents. It's hard to know exactly how much water she had and how often she pee'd those days prior to having her accidents.
I think that when she does this - if you just continue to remind her that it is a "No no no" (or do whatever you did while training her) she'll stay trained and try and do what pleases you.
I don't think dogs deliberately pee to get back at us or to push their limits. Sometimes with potty training - we just have a setback now and then - and just have to continue with our training for a while longer.
Keep reminding her - and give her the benefit of the doubt for now. Sometimes something like a urinary tract infection or something she ate or drank may have caused her to have less control for a while.
