  I did some search on this very subject. you have to be very clean. sweeping your carpet very often, creases in furniture also. throw rugs and pillows in the dryer for about 20 minutes ever so often . and spritz the puppies with lemon juice mixed with water. or you can spritz with vineagar water too. when you can bathe the puppies, you can add a drop of dawn dish soap in their shampoo. I hear dawn dish soap killes fleas fast. wash their bedding often also. those darn things can be annoying and the poor animals are miserable. they are hard to get rid of if you got puppies that are too young to treat with chemicals like you do adults. Just make sure the puppies are kept warm after a spritz. If I were you, I would call the vet and ask him what to do. discuss with him what has been suggested and get his opinion.
