I use a harness when I'm walking him on a leash and he doesn't wear a collar in the house, but when I take him out with me on errands and he's in his bag I wanted to be able to put a collar on him with his tag cause he looks so cute. It's just that it gets tangled so easily and I hate to have to brush out tangles just cause he looks cute in a collar. Thanks for all the advice though!
