oh man, what a buttwipe!! I hope you somehow figure a way to hang on to her. What's he's deal? Seems like he doesn't really care anyway, so why's he so insistent on getting his dog back? Good grief.
Maybe you can call the humane society, let them know what's going on. Perhaps they can talk to him or take the mama and puppies in only to release them back to him when it's in the puppies best interest.
