Smart - yes!
I caught my little Yorkie starting to pee on the carpet when he was just a pup. He quit mid stream and ran up the hall as fast as he could - got behind a chair where he knew I couldn't reach him - and looked me right in the eye while he finished his peeing.

PS: Believe me - I know we are all a little prejudice with our Yorkies, but I have had other little puppies that are just as smart. They all amaze me. |
