I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and with the Attorney General. So far, the only one moving along is the BBB; anything with the State takes forever. After I try to get some resolution from them, if it doesn't work, then I will file a suit against her and see what happens then. I am hoping to resolve this without having to go to Court, but I will if it comes to that. I followed the terms of her contract to the letter, and then some. The only problem could be that in her contract, "all" she has to do is replace the puppy, and after what I have gone through with her, I really don't want another puppy from her. So we will see. I wanted a Yorkie so very bad, and she seemed so perfect for me. I fell in love with her the minute I laid eyes on her, she just touched my soul, and then she was gone...I know there was a reason she came into my life and then left it in such a short period of time, and it will bring something good... |
