It will take time! Hallie was the same way when I got her and I had to be extremely patient and onservant of her. When I couldn't be with her I left her in an area with a potty pad and I think she learned from watching Simon as well. She had been kept in a plastic crate and learned to live in her own waste so for her it was potty training basics. She will get better, it will just take time.
