WOW - What a wonderful suggestion
Pat, this is a great list but a few more suggestions.
1. Have everything in one place so you can grab it and go (duplicate as much as you can as you might not have enough time to start pulling this all together.
2. Water & Food bowls
3. Tarp to cover pens from heat or rain
4. Flashlight - wind up kind doesn't need batteries
5. Radio
6. Tag with another name on it that doesn't live in the area (put this on during the emgergency)
7. Blankets for you to sit on or cover up with
8. X- Pens so they do not always have to stay leashed to you once you get to a safe area
9. Nutrical
10. Current Vets name
11. Your microchip numbers and the phone number of the company you use
