we live in a pretty upscale neiborhood, its still a bit wooded and since yes we were worried about other dogs and animals we put up a 6 foot wood privacy fence, we also had a 3 foot line dug under the fence and had concrete poured in it, to keep animals from digging under and ours from digging out, we have our yorkie and a great dane and they both LOVE to dig so we had to find a way to keep them in. We put both our dogs out togther and they play sometimes for an hour or so before asking to come in. It was pretty expensive but worth it if you plan to live sowhere for a long period. We just had this house built and plan to stay here 5-8 yrs or so before building a new one so it was worth it for us. Good luck figuring out what to do about your lil ones! |
