Outdoor Fencing? Hello Everyone, I have a question about outdoor potty training. I have been training my Abby to go to the bathroom outside and it seems to be working well so far. However, my problem is once I get her house trained I would like to be able to put her outside on her own. I looked at invisible fences (she's too small), outside pens and regular fences. We have a weird shapped yard cause we 1. have a small yard 2. our house is on a hill and 3. we have a raised septic system to the right of our driveway that she could never climp up on. Does anybody either have any suggestions or could you tell me what you use for outside fences. Thanks, Kelly

Can't help you out on this one as we have about 1/4 acre of our place fenced in for our furbabies to run and play.

How about just buying a couple of x pens. That should give her plenty of room. If you go that route, find the pest price you can on the internet, then print it out and take it to Petsmart and they will match the price. I got the Midwest Fencing Model 544-36. For under $45. that way.

| Hi, Most members on YT would tell you you should never let your little one outside by itself because of other animals that could kill your little one. You need to be concerned with other dogs, coyotes and also hawks. These little ones are the same size as rabbits which is food for these other critters. What you could consider is a dog run with a top put on it. Home Depot has these runs and then you could buy an additional side to put on the top.

we live in a pretty upscale neiborhood, its still a bit wooded and since yes we were worried about other dogs and animals we put up a 6 foot wood privacy fence, we also had a 3 foot line dug under the fence and had concrete poured in it, to keep animals from digging under and ours from digging out, we have our yorkie and a great dane and they both LOVE to dig so we had to find a way to keep them in. We put both our dogs out togther and they play sometimes for an hour or so before asking to come in. It was pretty expensive but worth it if you plan to live sowhere for a long period. We just had this house built and plan to stay here 5-8 yrs or so before building a new one so it was worth it for us. Good luck figuring out what to do about your lil ones!
