Tilly is a silkie and when I bought her I chose not to have her tail taken off.
although when she is grown out her tail is quite fluffy
I found this other information on a silkie(silkie w/green eyes) although I don't think the green eyes really mean that much because sami my son had green eyes when this photo was shot, and in certain pictures tillys eyes are green but they both (tilly& sami) have had red eyes also! I do think alot of members will agree with the eye color issue, this information below was taken off yorkie rescue..

Silkies coats tend to take on a lot of blonde and silver..

Green Eyes
Green eyes shining back at you are a sure sign that you have a silky-coated Yorkie. You can see the green eyes in two ways. Sometimes, if the dog is standing in a semi-dark area and light shines on his eyes, the eyes will reflect back green. They will also show up green in photographs taken at certain angles. Wooly-or-cottony coated Yorkies have more of a reddish/brown eye under these circumstances.
