Hi, Most members on YT would tell you you should never let your little one outside by itself because of other animals that could kill your little one. You need to be concerned with other dogs, coyotes and also hawks. These little ones are the same size as rabbits which is food for these other critters. What you could consider is a dog run with a top put on it. Home Depot has these runs and then you could buy an additional side to put on the top.
