I agree that it's impossible to know with complete accuracy the size of a puppy as an adult, and I find my 6lb male adorable -- however, the reason I do have a problem with his size is that the breeder lied about the puppy's age when giving me the weight at 7 weeks, and then continued to mislead me about his future size when she knew I needed a small male for breeding.

As customers we have the right to be given the most accurate information about our purchase instead of being told what the breeder thinks we want to hear. We rely on the breeder's expertise and although we all know that the breeder can not guarantee a certain size or characteristic, they should be held accountable to a certain standard of honesty.
