My boys will lift their legs while peeing on the wee wee pads, and it isn't a problem. They seem to know enough to 'aim' lower when they're on the pads...lol They are both neutered and are trained to go on pads or outside. Depending on their mood (
) they will squat sometimes as well. As long as they know where they are allowed to go, it shouldn't be a problem.
