First, congrats on being a new Yorkie mom...About the baby you described...I think the little baby needs to be given a good, thorough vet exam along with a blood panel as well as stool studies. The description has red flags in it that I would have addressed immediately..
When you look at him face-on how do his eyes look? And, the top of his head between his ears? I am not trying to scare y'all but he does sound as if he might have some health issues.
BTW, I hope the breeder didn't charge more because he was a "t-cup" (OMG, I can't believe I even wrote that word). Did she give y'all any kind of warranty or return policy or anything written into the contract??
Let us know what the vet says and post pics when you get them..
