Poor little thing. How old is he? Has he been to see a vet yet? Is he eating okay 'cos his swollen tummy doesn't sound too good. I don't know much about Yorkies to be honest, but I personally don't think it's good to specifically breed them too small. That's just my personal view and I may be wrong. My little boy, Badger, was the 'runt' but he looked like the others - just smaller. I'm sure it'll be okay but it might be a good idea to get him to a vet just to get his tummy and legs checked out. There might also be specific requirements for a puppy of his size in terms of general care for his little legs and so forth

EDIT: also Badger's face was very flat but I think this is a good thing because it means they'll have a more 'bearish' face and not such a long snout. His was like that between 8 and 11 weeks but it's gone a little longer and more defined now
