Omg Runt of the litter... Is he healthy? Please read this!

[COLOR=Navy]I bought my Miniature Yorkie,Sebastian, and my friend just adored him so he bought one from the same litter. All there was left was the runt of the litter and I swear his legs can't be a half inch long! His belly is swelled out like a balloon and his face is a lot flatter than my Yorkie, Sebastian. Little Sampson (runt) can't even scratch his nose with his back legs like most dogs can, because it won't reach! He falls getting out of his bed, which is one of the tiny dog beds. After his front legs hit the floor, he just rolls out because he is too short to get his back legs to the floor gracefully. He can barely clear the edge of the little place mat that his food dish sits on, and sometimes when he is eating, his back end comes up off the floor because he is top heavy! Is he deformed? The breeder said that he takes after his dad, who was shorter and about 3 pounds. The mom was supposedly 5 lbs and somewhat taller. Is it possible for purebred yorkies to be so different? I wonder if his legs will grow any. His little swollen belly drags the floor. He looks like a black and tan potato! Do you think he'll be O.K.?
