I know exactly what you are talking about. Yorkies all have different coats and Brandy might just grow out really slow too. But her muzzle hair might be breaking off before it gets that long.

I was thinking that it may be breaking off as it grows. I have noticed that lots of the yorkies in members pictures have shorter muzzle hair like Brandy's. I though Titan had a
cuter face shape than Brandy until the other day I bathed them together. When they're wet and the hair is plastered down their faces look identical. That's when I realized he just has that cute long mustache and she doesn't. Maybe I will try a food supplement like DreamCoat or something to see if it helps her hair grow longer. Her hair is maybe 3 1/2-4 inches and I shaved her down to about 3/4" in October so I think her growth rate is pretty average.
