It is very *normal* for dogs to growl (and even snap) at each other. I wouldn't be overly concerned and I would let them work it out on their own.
Do keep a close eye to make sure it doesn't escalate. It's probably best to separate them when you aren't there to supervise. Otherwise, I'd stay out of it!
