I have a idea, if it were me .. .I would ..say just drop it.... cook a nice dinner and let it go.. then when he is asleep or in the shower go into his shower or hiding place(every man has a $$ stash somewhere in the house or car) and get whats yours and leave it at that.. Oh but make sure you can hide it where he can't find it & then kick him out and change your locks(just in case).... good luck whatever you decide!
