Actually, my Jack Russell, neutered at 6 months, did the pee pee pee pee on everything when we went for a walk - he too, would lift his leg and pee a few drops so many times, till nothing came out.
This is interesting! I've heard it's related to hormones, which we would assume are greatly reduced after neutering. You have some macho doggies there! lol or else mine are 'sissy boys'...lol

But seriously, I guess the best we can do is train them NOT to lift their legs in the house (and hope for the best!).
