I would stay with my vet. Go back and share your concerns. Status quo isn't acceptable and you know something further needs to be done - find out what her next step might be and what her thinking is. Call this visit a "consultation" (for you). Only after a fair discussion and a better understanding of the situation, would I change vets. I'm glad you like the vet you have. That, in itself, is worth a lot.

I wish you the best of luck. It is interesting that your little puppy is doing so well - so energetic, etc., in spite of her problems. This certainly must be a good sign for both you and the vet. Still - she needs to recover from the problems she is having.
