I'm not sure about that - I have a schnauzer who was neutered at 7 months (he's 13 years old now) and when I take him for a walk or he goes outside, he pees a million times - he even lifts his leg and does nothing toward the end of the walk - BUT he never goes in the house. Now for Rowdy.............

Actually, my Jack Russell, neutered at 6 months, did the pee pee pee pee on everything when we went for a walk - he too, would lift his leg and pee a few drops so many times, till nothing came out.
