Its something I would want on a frumpy coat, or a thin damaged coat.... but cotton candy sounds like a poofy and porous coat to me... Maybe ice on ice or seabreeze oil? Have you tried them?
I have used the Thick n Thicker on Pixie and it sure did perk up the volume of her coat! It made her look like she had a much thicker coat! So I'd have to give it a thumbs up!
