Hello! Try something a little different don't let him think he has that much of an area to go, plus it will save you money. Try this tie a bell around the door knob, every time the dog goes tell him no and walk him to the door and make him ring the bell, after a while of doing this he will realize what that means, we have 2 yorkies and we have been doing this for along time it does work but it takes a little time and it saved us a lot of money in wee-wee pads.
