Gosh, I wouldn't remove it either. The more we can educate each other and learn the better life will be for our little ones and ourselves. And let me say this, thank goodness you did post this information or else you never would have seen this article. You might have gone done a path that could have harmed your relationship with your little one. Don't think that everyone starts out with all the answers but the key is reading, studying and listening to many different people and books. I personally think positive training (i.e. clicker solution) is the only way to go with Yorkies today. It takes longer and more dedication on your part but it is a wonderful bonding experience with your Yorkie.
