haha....Here I am ! PAINT is a great program
....but the only drawback is it saves most pics in a .bmp file....(larger than .jpeg) you want to keep your pics under the size limits and JPEGS are more compressed.....Most computers DO have a free PAINT program...
This is one of the easiest program on the net to resize your pics....
http://bluefive.pair.com/free95.htm Scroll to PixResizer & Download the program..it’s really small and very easy to install – Depending on the size of your image you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) or 460 Pixels and it resizes it for you...

If you want to try making your own animated avatar - you need an animation program for that.....I use Photo Shop Elements...but I here's a free PSP Program .....
