It sounds like an irritated bowel that doesn't want to heal. You may have to try a different bland diet as some don't work with some dogs. Purina puts out a gastro intestinal diet available through the Vet, both a tin and a dry one. You might try that one.
Also, for diarrhea that works wonders is pumpkin. Get a tin of the Pure pumpkin, not the pie filling. It will say on the can you can use if for pie filling but it says Pure Pumpkin on it. Give about a teaspoon twice a day. If she doesn't eat it in her food add some water and use a big syringe, put it at the side of her mouth and get her to lick it up that way.
If she has been on all those kind of meds, she may need to repopulate her gut with good bacteria. A good life bacteria Yogurt would work or you can go to the health food store and get acidophillus capsules. If you use the yogurt about a tsp. would be enough. IF you get the capsules probably about 1/4 capsule will do. Vets also sell probiotics in a tube in their clinics. You can ask about that if you want.
