Ruby had an ambilical hernia that I had fixed when she was spaied. I never noticed her in any pain from it when she was picked up or playing.
It was about the size of a dime and I knew about it when I bought her from the breeder. No one would take her because of it (they were un-educated about hernia's). So I did some research and found out ambilical hernia's aren't as serious as others and can be fixed quite easily.
She healed great from it and we haven't had any problems. |
