What's even sadder is he said he HAD to go to MO for the puppy - chances are that is a Puppy Mill dog ...That's big Mill territory....and to actually have to to another state just to get a tiny tiny dog you'd think would be a clue...
so many of those poor tiny dogs being bred are in for a lifetime of suffering....that man is just ignorant of the reality of his poor dog ....and I have a feeling if it's that sick now...then it isn't going to have a very long life....
I bet his attidude won't be so cocky then....
