I am sorry it did not go well for you today at the vet. Just know that we are still pulling for you and the little guy. You asked earlier what the indications for pneumonia were and if he would survive it. I think probably one of the first signs would be a rattling in his chest and body temperature. Be aware of any changes in his temp. Let his momma lick him over good after you feed him. Her stimulation all over will help burp him and maybe help him get some of the milk back up that may have gone down the wrong way. I think if you get him past the two week mark, you may really have a good chance of keeping him...we are all hoping and praying for the best! |
