OMG how sad.
As much as I feel for the lady in the video, I do wonder about someone who'd a) buy a puppy off of a street corner and b) obviously not bring the puppy to the vet until there was problems. She set herself up for heartache. How sad that her children had to unnecessarily go through this. What's wrong with getting a great pet from the SPCA?

Like I said in another post, puppy smuggling and puppy mills are horrendous, but as long as there's a demand for the dogs and as long as there's people out there who don't want to pay what these little guys are worth, there will be people like this selling them illegally. It's awful that a living, breathing thing with feelings can be treated like merchandise.
