I've seen pleas in the past also...sometimes people DO send things or $ and then poof - we never hear from that person again....I've been burned before and it's not a good feeling... (not here..different site)

this was a good post. I know we all see posts where we really want to help if we are able ...but Kimberley is right - the best way to see if someone is really needing help is search their past posts....you learn alot that way....

and IF someone is new & sees something they want to help out with....ask admin or a longtime member about it ...usually they know if something is legit or not...
