nothing wrong with trying to pursue your dream career. a lot of these gals are actually in college and/or have already established themselves in their other careers - one that has already been eliminated has her MD. not everyone has the capacity to be "intellectual", some are better at athletics, performing arts, 'blue collar' jobs, etc. also, being a model/loving fashion and having "intellectual pursuits" are not mutually exclusive. personally, i am a scientist, but that does not mean i don't enjoy getting prettied up, flipping through vogue and spending some time at sephora.
