If you haven't already, try giving her canned PUPPY food. It has more nutrients, and helps with lactating bitches. Also, make sure she eats later in the day and at night. My dad had a beagle that did the same thing, and feeding her more frequent small meals and feeding her later in the night helped. Try to see if she will eat the canned food every 3-5 hrs, and leave dry food out at all times for her. I would also check with the vet just to make sure she is doing ok and the pups are getting enough to eat! Hope I helped!
