the Super Barker Breaker is not a collar. it's a little box using a 9-volt battery with a dial and a button. with the dial, you can adjust the sensitivity level. when your dog barks, it will emit a high pitch sound to startle the pup and make him/her stop the barking. kinda like startling the pup with pennies jingling in a can, except you don't have to present for it to work. it can work automatically whether you're there or not.
