Out of curiosity I googled Northeast pups, Jason Mcdowell. They are located in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area and they are still open. I called them to make sure it was the breeder. I had to leave a voice message, now waiting for a call back from them. I also put a post on the BBB for feed back on the so called breeder.
