I am so sorry. Renal disease is very difficult. The problem with food is often a matter of how they feel....renal disease does make them nauseous.
Ask your vet about an appetite stimulant....Entyce is one I have had good luck with.
I personally use Royal Canin prescription diets for my pups who need RX foods. I know the internet folks like to tout ingredients but I don't pay attention to them. I listen to my vet and to the vet nutritionists.. I have in the past, home cooked for renal pups but those food choices are very limited.
Anyway, at the end of the day, if I have a really sick pup and cannot get him/her to eat the RX foods, I will give them anything especially the older ones. Sometimes it is more important to just get food in them and forget for a moment what is in it. Reminds me of a friend who got so desperate she actually bought Alpo for one of her yorkies who was sick and not eating. She love it....lol. I asked my friend if she was embarrassed to purchase it.
It sounds like she may have PLN (protein losing nephropathy) since she is on Enalapril. If she does have that, perhaps this link will help you regarding food choices. I personally have had good results with Royal Canin Renal Support canned food.

I wish you the best. It is so hard to watch our pups be so ill.
