I think they are pretty much at what they are going to be at. Generally it’s within the first few months that taping the ears work. I have heard of them going down around 6 months for teething and back up but 9 months is way past that. With Joey his were down at 9 weeks when we got him but he was on adult diet food and I don’t know if getting him on a good puppy food helped or not but after a week with us up they went. When we got Penny at 8 months old she had one up and one down but after a month or two the floppy one went down and never came back up. Ollie has ears that are just too heavy to have ever stood. I probably could have got Dixie’s to stand with taping because she has tiny ears but just never wanted to do it.
