Did they ever stand up on their own? If they stood up for a bit on their own and then went down it could just be teething but if they didn’t stand up they probably won’t. All but one of mine has floppy ears because I don’t believe in tapeing their ears I just let them do what they are going to do. My one boys were down when I got him at 9 weeks but once I got him on a puppy food they went up and stayed up. When I got Penny at 8 months one was up and one was down and after a while the one that was up went down and never went back up. The others just always had floppy. The only issue with floppy ears is they don’t get the same amount of air circulation so you need to keep the ear canal as hair free as possible and whenever they get wet like a bath or swimming you need to clean their ears with an ear cleaner that has a drying agent in it.
